Every health journey begins with a detailed consultation to understand your medical history, lifestyle, diet, and Ayurvedic body constitution. Based on this, we develop a personalised treatment plan, which may include Ayurvedic herbal medicine, dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, Panchakarma, Ayurvedic massage, and ongoing support. Where appropriate, our practitioners may also recommend complementary Homeopathy or Naturopathy.

Your health journey continues with regular follow up consultations to monitor your progress and refine your treatment plan.

We encourage clients to attend in person, particularly for the initial consultation, since a full assessment including pulse, tongue, and eye diagnosis is best done face to face.
